1.1. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange for your order. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. After 3 days, all sales are final.

1.2. We do not offer refunds for any products or services once the order has been shipped. This includes, but is not limited to, pet food, accessories, toys, grooming products, and any other items available on our Website.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the order is dispatched. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to cancel your order.

2.2. If the cancellation request is received before dispatch, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund within 15 days to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

3.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly do not accept it from the delivery carrier. Please contact us immediately to report the issue.

3.2. Once a damaged or defective product is accepted from the carrier, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.

3.3. To report a damaged or defective product that you did not accept, you will need to provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

3.4. Upon receiving your complaint, we will investigate the issue and, if deemed valid, we will offer a replacement for the damaged or defective product. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the product.

4. Incorrect Products

4.1. If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. Do not accept the incorrect product from the delivery carrier.

4.2. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a refund for an incorrect item. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

4.3. Once an incorrect product is accepted from the carrier, and if it is outside the eligibility window or the product has been opened or tampered with, no refunds will be processed. To report an incorrect product that you did not accept, you will need to provide your order number and details of the incorrect product received.

4.4. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you. If the correct product is not available, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect product.

5. Return Process for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

5.1. If you need to return a damaged, defective, or incorrect product that you did not accept from the carrier, please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

5.2. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.

5.3. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products that were not accepted from the carrier.
